COM Domain Name Transfer Requirements:

1. Copies of the ID cards of both registrants.

2. Download the Domain Name Transfer Application Form: Fill in the information above, print it, and sign it with the names of both parties.

2. Domain Transfer

Transferring a CN domain requires the following:

1. A copy of the registrant's business license (with annual review records); the copy must be stamped with the official seal.

2. A copy of the registrant's ID card.

3. Download the transfer registrar application form, complete it, print it, and stamp it with the official seal of the registrar.

Mail it to the address and department designated by the registrar. Express mail is preferred, but if express mail is not an option, at least registered mail should be used.

The registrar will then send the domain transfer password to the agent or domain owner's email address. With the transfer password, simply submit the transfer at the new registrar. The transfer will be completed within approximately seven days.

Note: The domain transfer password must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date. Otherwise, the transfer will be completed only after the renewal fee has been paid.

To transfer an international domain name, such as COM or NET, you only need to unlock the domain at the original registrar, then submit the transfer at the new registrar.
