CN domain names are retained for 15 days after expiration. They will be deleted at 4:30 AM on the fifteenth day. Just be ready to register them by 4:30 AM 15 days after expiration.
International domain names like .com.net.org are generally deleted after 65-75 days, around 2:30 AM. Because this is during US business hours, it's usually midnight for Chinese people, so registering an expired domain name requires staying up all night.
